Payment rules

1. At the stage of booking an order, payment is made using a payment card (Visa / Mastercard) or bank link.

2. After creating an order, you are transferred to the payment service to make the payment.

3. In case of non-receipt of funds within 30 minutes after creation, an automatic cancellation will be made.

Terms of payment

• When ordering individual travel services (hotels, transfers), a free cancellation period applies after the onset of which a loss of 100% occurs.
• If there is a non-refundable rate - cancellation of the order with a loss of 100%.
